The USPS is currently experiencing significant delays due to the unprecedented recent volume of shipped packages, staff shortages during the COVID-19 pandemic, and extreme weather in some parts of the country. The delays may affect the tracking information you receive from the USPS including the initial scan of the package or scans at different stops in its delivery to you.
These packages may see longer transit times than what is typical so please understand that we are unable to control the speed of these deliveries once they've left our warehouse.
The USPS still provides a reliable and inexpensive shipping method that helps to keep our shipping rates for our customers easy and affordable. As long as you're still seeing updates on your tracking information, the package is not considered lost and should eventually arrive. If a week passes before the next update, we can always open a claim with the USPS to make sure that the package is still en route to its destination. If they have reason to believe the package is lost, the USPS can contact us and we will provide them with any assistance or information we can to help.
