When should I place my order to receive my package in time for the holidays?

Pusheen Shop ships all orders from Chicago, Illinois. Listed below are suggested deadlines to place your order by to increase the chances that it will arrive by December 25th.

These deadlines are based on USPS and FedEx shipment times and our increased processing time due to the volume of holiday orders. These deadlines are an estimate of provided shipping rates and are not a guarantee of delivery dates.

  • Saver & Standard domestic Shipping : Order by 12/16
  • Express Domestic Shipping: Order by 12/18
  • International First Class, Priority, or FedEx Economy: Order by 11/25
  • Priority Express International or FedEx Priority International: Order by 12/2

What are Pusheen Shop's holiday hours?

Pusheen Shop's customer service can be reached directly using our helpdesk here. Our customer service team reviews and responds to any messages during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Order fulfillment and shipping services also run during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Both customer service and fulfillment services will be closed Monday 12/23 through Wednesday 12/25. Messages received during these dates may not be reviewed and responded to until after the holiday.

Can Pusheen Shop wrap my order or ship it as a gift?

Pusheen Shop does not offer any gift wrapping options at this time.

For orders shipping within the US, we can exclude purchase and pricing information from the receipt included in the order. If you’d like us to send your order with a gift receipt, you can add a note to your order during checkout (click “Add a Note”) or you can contact us before your order is shipped. Note that most orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed.

Unfortunately, gift receipts are not available for orders shipping internationally. Pusheen Shop must include accurate pricing information for all international orders for customs and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Larger orders may ship in re-purposed or recycled boxes as needed. These boxes may be marked with previous package and product information for Pusheen Shop that is not applicable to the contents of your order and does not indicate any previously intended recipients of your order. 


I recently placed multiple orders... can they be combined to ship together?

If you've recently placed multiple orders (within about 1-2 days of each other), you can reach out to us to ask about combining these orders to ship together before. Simply send us a message along with ALL order numbers of any applicable purchases, and if these orders have not yet shipped out, we can go ahead and combine them.

While combining orders does not guarantee a refund of shipping costs, we will provide a refund where applicable. Please note that some orders can be combined due to size and item limits.


Does Pusheen Shop offer gift cards? How can I send one as a gift?

Gift cards can be purchased on Pusheen Shop, where a digital redemption code will be sent to you via the email address provided during checkout. If you are the one purchasing the gift card, please use your email address during checkout so you can confirm accurate receipt.

At that point, we recommend forwarding the email you receive to the intended recipient or printing out the linked gift card page if you'd like to present this gift to someone else as a present!
