If you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can request a refund using our returns form. Qualifying items can only be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' on the product page are not eligible for returns. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Once a refund has been issued on our end, credit/debit card providers require 1 to 7 business days to process the refund, but can occasionally take longer - this refund processing time is determined by your credit/debit card provider.
Pusheen Shop offers size exchanges for apparel and exchanges for incorrect items. A prompt to generate an exchange order will appear during the returns process if the option and inventory is available. If you have any trouble generating an exchange through our returns form or receive a damaged item, please contact us for assistance.
Pusheen Shop accepts returns for items in good condition only. Items must arrive unwashed, unworn (except to try on), and with original packaging or tags. Clothing sent in washed or worn condition will not be accepted.
Shipping charges will only be refunded if:
- A refunded product was damaged, incorrect, or missing from an order
- You purchased USPS Priority Mail Express and your order did not arrive by the scheduled delivery date listed on the USPS tracking page. Please contact us directly to request a refund for the shipping charges. This is the only shipping method with a money-back guarantee for shipping fees.
