If you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can request a refund using our returns form. Qualifying items can only be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and we cannot refund to a different payment method other than what was originally used for your order.
Once a refund has been issued on our end, your credit/debit card provider needs around 1 to 7 business days to process the refund, but can occasionally take longer. The refund processing time is determined entirely by your credit/debit card provider.
Pusheen Shop offers exchanges for incorrect items, damaged items, and alternate sizes for clothing. A prompt to generate an exchange order will appear during the returns process if the option and inventory is available. If you have any trouble generating an exchange through our returns form, please contact us for further assistance.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if:
- A refunded product was damaged, incorrect, or missing from an order and its weight affected the original shipping cost.
- If you purchased USPS Priority Mail Express and your order does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date listed on the USPS tracking page, contact us to request a refund for the shipping charges. This is the only shipping method with a money-back guarantee for shipping fees.
